What is it about Karnataka that has made it the job magnet of India? Why are there so many vacancies? Is it the lack of a structured approach to recruitment? Or is it the lack of infrastructure?

It is not only the lack of infrastructure that is causing the problems. The recruitment of the right people is also a challenge. There is a large pool of applicants and it is getting harder and harder to find the right people. The government is taking steps to address this issue. The Job Alerts portal was launched to address this challenge. It provides a platform for all the people who want to get a job in the government sector to submit their applications.
